Do I receive my dividend via cheque?

Yes, this will be paid in arrears.

Once duly filled and signed, the notary will send the form directly, along with the required documentation, to The Malta Stock Exchange.

After completing their vetting process, The Malta Stock Exchange will notify us regarding the release of the estate.

Any pending dividends will then be paid to the hereditary shareholder in arrears.

When is the Company’s Annual General Meeting held?
The date of the Annual General Meeting is decided in a board meeting, and communicated to our shareholders several weeks ahead of the meeting through an invite sent by post.
