Do I receive my dividend via cheque?

Dividend payments are credited directly to shareholders’ bank accounts. If you have not yet provided your bank details, please complete the Direct Credit Form available from The Malta Stock Exchange.
Kindly note:

I only provided you with my bank account details last month. Will I still get dividend paid in the past?

Yes, this will be paid in arrears.

My spouse passed away and I would like to release her shares. How do I do this?

To process the release of an estate, you must visit your notary and complete the Causa Mortis Form available from The Malta Stock Exchange.
Please note:

I would like my dividend to be credited to a different bank account. Is this something I can communicate over the phone?

Please note that this cannot be communicated over the phone. To receive your dividend, kindly complete the Direct Credit Form available from The Malta Stock Exchange.

When is the Company’s Annual General Meeting held?

The date of the Annual General Meeting is decided in a board meeting, and communicated to our shareholders several weeks ahead of the meeting through an invite sent by post.
