As a shareholder, how many times a year can I expect to receive dividend from Malta International Airport?
In recent years, Malta International Airport has paid dividend twice a year. However, in 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic and its effects on the business, led the Board of Directors to announce that the Company would be withholding the payment of shareholder dividend as part of a wider cost-cutting and liquidity preservation programme.
Do I receive my dividend via cheque?
Dividend is credited directly to our shareholders’ bank account. If you haven’t provided us with you bank details yet, please fill in the form found here and send it to us at this address: Malta International Airport, Marketing and Brand Development, Luqa LQA 4000. Remember that the form has to be duly signed by a professional witness.
I only provided you with my bank account details last month. Will I still get dividend paid in the past?
Yes, this will be paid in arrears.
My wife passed away and I would like to release her shares. How do I do this?
You have to go to your notary, taking with you the form available here. Once this form is duly filled and signed, it should be sent at this address: Malta International Airport, Marketing and Brand Development, Luqa, LQA 4000. Please note that a number of documents (listed on the form itself) have to be appended to the form.
I would like my dividend to be credited to a different bank account. Is this something I can communicate over the phone?

The date of the Annual General Meeting is decided in a board meeting, and communicated to our shareholders several weeks ahead of the meeting through an invite sent by post.
