Malta International Airport Launches Graduate Management Programme

  • Roles being offered to graduates in various areas; including Airport Operations and Route Development
  • Selected candidates will gather experience in different areas by rotating between departments after six months
  • Graduates to be offered the opportunity to pursue a career at the airport upon successful completion of the programme

Malta International Airport is launching a Graduate Management Programme aimed at students who have recently completed their studies and are interested in a career at an international airport. This unique opportunity provides fresh graduates with the chance to work at one of Europe’s top connected airports.

The programme is set to take place over the course of a full year, throughout which the graduates will rotate between departments in order to gather experience in various areas. Each rotation will last six months, with roles offered within various areas; Airport Operations, Human Resources, ICT and Innovation, Customer Service, Facilities, and Route Development.

These diverse areas will offer the candidates the opportunity to practice multiple roles within the same company, thus providing them with a varied experience which will allow them to make an informed decision regarding the most suitable job for them.

A mentor will guide and support the selected candidates throughout their tenure at the airport. On the job training and coaching will be focal aspects of the programme, with candidates also getting on hands experience.

Upon successful completion of the programme, the candidates will be offered the chance to pursue a career at Malta International Airport.
